Are anyone else loving riley? I love marco alot, but he's not a regular anymore. And i really hope riley and peter become a couple.
 
In canada they have. I am unsure about the us. I watch online since i'm from norway and they have stopped airing it. There was a riley ep that aired this in canada.It was awsome!!!
 
I used to watch it on TheN here in the US, but I cancelled digital cable, so I haven't seen new episodes in a while. The last I saw was when Riley kissed Peter.
 
I checked and i think last week they aired lost in love as a valentine special and today they'll air bad medicine, the riley ep i was talking about.
 
Yeah, iknew Adamo is gay. It's fun because we're also both gay and half italian.

If i had to choose i'd also choose riley. I don't know what it is, but there's something about his storyline that's better.

The Riley episodes are the only good ones season 8 has and it's not just because it's a gay storyline. He's the only interesting new character. All this show is now are boring relationships. Almost every episode is relationship based and relationships you don't care about. They don't really have much interesting plots anymore and it seems like they wussed out this season.

That 1 hour valentines day special was the worst episode in the series other than the one Danny/Derek fought over that 1 girl and Derek put something in Danny's bag. Spinner's one of my favorites but that episode was 10 times more cheesy, boring, lame than any other episode.

I agree with some of the statements above. The show has really declined over the years; however, maybe it's just for our generation. Those kids that are watching it currently are probably thinking the same thing that I was back then. It was an amazing show. Now that the characters I grew up with are gone, the show has lost a lot of meaning for me. I still watch it, just because I'm so used to watching it Friday nights, lol, but I mostly fastforward through a lot of the episode.
 
ok... i'll admit it. i watched the show... but only for the gay storyline of marco.

i didnt even know the show was still on the air. didnt they all graduate?

I take it, then, that you've never watched it.

If you had, you would know that they have covered divorce, death, homosexuality, paedophilia, suicide, rape, teen pregnancy, abuse, drug abuse, alcoholism. . .

The list goes on and on.

Yeah, right. Just like Saved by the Bell.

I liked the original, because unlike that crap show SbtB, it actually dealt with real problems, like teen pregnancy, aids among teenagers, and homosexual encounters to name a few.

Saved by the Bell is just another crappy show to play on teen stereotypes in an unamusing fashion
 
I still love it. And i can't wait till the 4-parter since it's gonna be with jay, manny, craig, ellie, marco, paige, peter, mia and emma. But i have to say, the start of the season wasn't about relationship, it was about feeling all alone and deserted by your friends and how long you would go to get what you want. And like when liberty joined that sorority. I think we're gonna get more storylines soon that aren't all about relationships.
 
It's been a while since I tuned into the show. I don't know why Marco ever got back together with Dylan and didn't just stick with cute Tim. But this new guy is really cute too!

No kidding. The episode with Emma and Jay had to outright state what they were doing, which tamed the shock value. I was surprised to see the obvious cue to Riley getting a blowjob come out of nowhere. I figured they'd kiss, and he'd run off or something.
 
Always enjoyed this show daring to take on issues of gay teens.
 
The Degrassi Goes Hollywood trailer - Has mostly originals in it (and not all those new losers) so I'll probably watch
