First off, you are doing this to get attention. You said as much in your "Ask A Sober Joswan" thread where you "threatened" to do this if people didn't ask you questions. I asked why you're purposely reviving threads, you told me to see the answer here.
I see one, but probably the one that you didn't want; that you're becoming extremely annoying for no other reason than to have all eyes on you. If that's what you want, fine... but as sixthson mentioned, soon you're just going to be ignored, rambling spastic thoughts to yourself - not as incoherently as a certain fake Jamaican, but ignored all the same.
Do something else for attention... if you want to be liked this is the wrong way to go about it. If you want to be hated... please, continue. As of now though, I think i'll leave you to your own devices.
And no, i'm not answering your poll. Collecting data on this just makes it seem like you want even MORE attention.

Joswan can do whatever he wants. I have the choice of ignoring the thread or posting in it. If enough people ignore the thread, the thread will die again.
However, I do find resurrecting old threads a bit irritating, but there is no need to make a federal case out of it though.

I like to bring back old threads too. Sometimes it's because the thread was really hot, or it was thought provoking. The threads exist because someone found them interesting once... and just like vintage porn and history; it's always nice to look back on it.
All too many of these threads deserved no light of day back then. So, I am lost to discover today's saving grace.
Enough already. I went for the final solution.

It is rare that I start two threads a month I think. One per day is already a high limit for resurrecting and posting new threads.

There's an option that he can post in 2 or 3 threads or more, but not 10. That means that if he necroposts ten old threads, he HAS to find an 11th, so that he's not posting in 10.

I mean, do we really need to be discussing this? Yes, threads get bumped back from obscurity all the time...Who cares whether or not its the same person bringing these threads back?
Last I checked, we're still a forum...So, posting is encouraged. If he's actually contributing something of substance to the old thread, why all the fuss? If he's just stroking his ego and adding to his post count, while adding nothing of substance, then I suppose I can at least understand the anger...
But yes, those are my thoughts...and for the record, I really don't give a damn.
*I know not giving a damn might sound odd that I would post; but I do feel the need to express the conditions at least under which this behaviour would be acceptable.
