Yes, but shit..... every time the President does do something like that the republicans and assorted right wingers cry dictator, communist, etc. They whine when he doesn't "lead", and wen he overrides this do nothing congress and does lead they whine about that too.
Obama needs to thumb his nose at those who wish to destroy his Presidency.... the obstructionist congress.... and do what he things needs to be done. Once in a blue moon he realizes that.
