No - that was not the case. There appears to have been some glitch in the system which meant that his 'vacation' did not end on the specified day (perhaps something to do with Feb sometimes being 28/29 days - I dunno - that is just speculation).

JUB Staff have subsequently checked with the Mod team & been told that "yes, he should have access again" so I imagine it will be fixed very shortly (if not already).

^ I tried that once. Didn't work. I just didn't feel comfortable doing that. It's like they were complete opposites or something.
