i actually use both cock / dick just what ever blurts out of my mouth , but i hardly ever use the term penis.
I hate to play the pain-in-the-ass analyst here (No, I don't!), but your hypothesis that gay guys prefer the term "cock", and bi/curious guys prefer the term "dick" is getting blown out of the water right now. LOL
According to the latest figures in your poll, just as many gay guys prefer the term "dick" as bi/curious guys, and it's almost 50-50 "cock" vs "dick" among bi/curious guys. However, the most telling figure in the poll right now is that many more gay guys prefer the term "dick". Therefore, according to the latest figures in your poll, "dick" is the "gayer" term for the penis.

Now that I've had my laugh, I'll give a possible explanation for the present results. In your initial post, you basically suggested that it's more gay to use the term "cock". This definitely had an impact on the present figures as many of the bi/curious guys didn't want to be labelled as "gay", and the gay guys avoided being "boxed" into any type of stereotype. I'm not denying that some of these bi/curious and gay guys actually had a much stronger preference for the term "dick". However, in all probability, some were motivated to vote for "dick" for the aforementioned reasons.
This phenomenon is called the Power of Suggestion. This tactic or strategy is also used in advertising and political campaigns. Kudos to the bi/curious guys and gay guys that stuck to their guns and voted for "cock" although it had been suggested that "cock" was the "gayer" term for the penis. The implication is that many of these guys are more secure in their sexuality and weren't intimidated by the initial suggestion that "cock" is the "gayer" term for the penis.
The more significant (and unfortunate) implication here is that anything labelled as "gay" is perceived as having a stigma attached to it even among bi/curious and gay men. If bi/curious or gay guys don't want to be labelled as "gay", who the hell else would want to be called "gay". In this case, bi/curious and gay men are only mirroring the anti-gay predjudice and bias that is seen in mainstream society.
Those of you who don't like being called "gay" or a "fag" need to own these terms if they have any power over you. Obviously, in this case, these words still have power over some of you and control your behavior. What you need to do is get in the mirror and call yourself a "faggot" to your face at least a thousand times. LOLIf you happen to breakdown in tears, so be it. At least it will be cathartic, and that's good for you. Heal yourselves, gaybeaus! Heal yourselves! Ye-ah! Having written this, I'd like to announce that I definitely prefer ultra- masculine, athletic guys like myself who are tops, as we can easily clear up the business as to who will give up the ass in a submission wrestling match later.
Thank you for your attention, gentlemen, and God bless.

Only corn balls say "cock." Sounds so lame----"cock."![]()
Dick sounds better. It's blunt. It's gruff. It's real. Doesn't have that same hokiness to it that lame ass "cock" does.
