Those bumps you're talking about are called penile papules I think. They are harmless and pose no risk to you .. though some people do find them unsightly. It's fairly common, though I have never seen a dick with them personally.

but I don't believe they tend to congregate as the papules ... more of a reason for you to definitely pursue inspection next time like you said.

No i didn't do it in the dark i was just saying that after the experience i had, that you shouldn't do it in the dark because you never know whats going on.

After reading, i've got a question:
Can one get Hep A (fecal-oral) by accidentally licking/ingesting/etc from someone who isn't infected? I mean, can one only get it from someone who already has it, or is it possible to get from someone who doesn't have it?
My partner and I have been together exclusively/monogamously for over 16 years, and neither of us have any diseases, virus', etc, but I'm afraid to "eat" his ass for fear of hepatitis, and other things.
