Wow you guys picked up on some things I was curious about. I love that peter has Rogue like powers. Nathan flying was to cool. I got the same chill when Hiro and Peter talked on the phone. This is a great show! Next week it looks like Nikis alter gets to kick DLs ass. Still trying to figure out claires dad and the mind eraser. Oh well thing will start to fall into place soon enough.

so is NBC and sci fi owned by the same company? i guess they are affiliated since sci fi is showing the showMy friend pointed this out to me last night, and I didn't even realise. But it seems like Peter is going to be a 'Rogue' type character. Because he does say 'he only could fly around his brother', and when Future Hiro comes at the end of the last episode, he was the only one else who was able to walk around.

ive justed finished watching Episode 2, as im english and i dont think tis out here i have to download them hence why im only up to 2nd one, but its amazing! im loving it so far! i thinkt he japanese guy is the best so far! because hes funny!

I love the show, too, and I think that Claire and Peter are my favourites. It does bother me, however, that Peter doesn't realize what his power is. He's all like "Oh, I seem to be able to mimic the powers of those around me, but my real ability is flying". Oh well, he'll wisen up soon enough

Based on the previews hell yea. This show is WOW.
DL is hella sexy shirt and no shirt but what he did to Niki was not cool.
Saresh is hot too i just noticed him.
Those were not Claires parents.

Niki is so complex i dont know what to make of her. It seems like she wants to be a good person but her alter ego wont allow it. TIts not schizo because the tatoo comes and goes so Niki is completely transformed.
Lots of twists and turns tonight, i cant believe Micah betrayed his mother and told her secret.

I don't know if 'other Niki' really wants to be bad...she just does whatever she needs to to protect Niki and Micah. You know that Micah is going to end up having powers. I can't wait to see Niki kick DL's ass once and for all.

Claires friends definitly emitted gay vibes through the TV.
He pretty much admitted his sexuality when Claire asked him if he was flirting with her. His response, which escapes me right now, pretty much inferred that he had no interest in Claire or any other girl. And remeber a few episodes back the cheerleader said that he got an erection in the boys lockeroom.
Some reason though he seemd more gay in todays episode. I dont think the writers will develop that storyline line though unless he is related to the Ambiguously gay duo (the cartoon sketch from SNL).
I think his gayness was accidental and the director just missed it but we'll see.

I love this show. A few more pieces added to the puzzle tonight. Niki is one complex character. DL's phasing powers were pretty cool. I can only imagine what kinda powers micah is going to have. The girl thats working for claires dad was a twist I was suspecting. Next weeks looks like more heroes crossing paths, and the powers being found out. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Yeah, he said something that amounted to "I'm not flirting with you...believe me". As for his importance...I wouldn't downplay it just yet. Look what happened to the women who betrayed Saresh (they said her name tonight but I forget what it was). She didn't seem very important and yet now she's this spy. Maybe the gay friend is a spy, too. The writers don't seem to include anyone in the story who doesn't come back at some point as a major player.
Did anyone else notice the complete lack of the cop in this episode? Last week was a big cliffhanger for him and we have no idea what happened.

Yeah, I noticed but then again, Adrian Pasdar the flying politician wasn't in the episode either. The show's creator Tim Kring said that as the show progresses, not all the "heroes" are going to appear in one episode. Because if they did that, the episode would be jumping all over the place. Sometimes there just has to be a conciseness.
About the Zack being gay thing, at TWoP (Television Without Pity) forums someone brought this up.

I was wondering if anyone could tell which one is that guy called Syler?? Is it the black dude? (Ive onyl seen up to the 3rd of 4th episode so was confused to who that black dude and that guy who traveled back in time were?
I think we are meant to assume Claires father is Syler, and the black dude with him is his sidekick? If your talking about Nicki's hubby, then he couldnt be syler - his powers are different and he is preoccupied with his being set up and the money... Hiro is a good guy and definitely not syler.
