Did I consume fake Viagra?

Yesterday I tried viagra for the first time. Even though I'm mainly bottom, I was curious. The one I used was 100mg Kamagra Oral Jelly and I would like to describe what happened and I'll appreciate it if you can tell me whether it was fake or not.

I don't have a serious erection problem but I can't get very hard easily either. A while after using it, my face became just a little pinky(instead of the usual white) and my lips more red than usual. I knew that this is a common side effect so no problem there but it's main effect wasn't as big as I thought. I already could get erection before and this wasn't any different. I sometimes masturbate 4-5 times in 4-5 hours and it didn't help. Getting an erection for the 3rd time was hard as usual, which is one of the reasons why I masturbate with an object like pillow since getting hard isn't required. I have erection problems when I try to be top in real sex but I guess that's psychological. I feel like if I'll fuck someone, I'll be doing something bad to him and he'll hate me although I don't hate people who fuck me

Anyway while it helped a little, there are times when I perform better(while masturbating) because of higher arousal and it seemed not worth using it unless I can't get any erection at all and I don't think it would make a big difference even then. From experience and that of my friends if you didn't feel like you were having a heart attack you didn't get Viagra. Or enough of it.

I agree it was probably fake. I don't think many would agree that the real thing feels like a heart attack. It affects everyone a little differently. Obviously, your first use should be with a pill you can be certain is genuine, or you will not know how it affects you.

Awhile after using it, my heart became pumping stronger if not faster but I was scared that viagra may be bad for my health so anxiety may also be the reason for the heart pumping which is usual for me. One thing I noticed was that my penis was hard for like 10 seconds even after cumming which is not the case without viagra so is it possible that they would use a substance that works like Viagra but weaker?

The reason I'm not suspicious about India is because they produce most of the generic drugs in the world. I got a different generic drug online before which also shipped from India and it was the real deal but it was a different seller. But of course with a huge market like that, there must be many fake ones.

Usually, in the US the clue is whether you had to talk with a nurse or doctor for a "prescription" before they shipped the meds. There are a lot of pill mills shipping the real stuff but usually the cost of the med comes with a consult and prescription. However, OP is in a country where medications laws are different.

Prior to the 1980s, most of the meds in the US were made in the US under FDA auspices. These days, most of the meds we consume are made in foreign countries - usually Mexico, Puerto Rico (technically the US), India or China.

If you look online at the packaging for Kamagra Oral Jelly, it comes in a distinct striped package with the maker's name (ajanta) on the package. If what you bought came in any other packaging, then it was probably not the real thing.

The redness of the face and lips (the "porn actor sunburn") is an effect of ED drugs and is dose-related. Viagra (sildenafil) seems to particularly cause the sunburn effect. However, some fake meds that are sold on the internet have niacin or other drugs that cause the same effect.

Probably the only way to be sure is to get real sildenafil and see if it has the same effect on you.

I've used various products called Kamagra and even the same product didn't always work every time.
I prefer cockrings, because they proved to be a much more effective solution to this problem.
