OK I added this true life story to another current link here on JUB ( How young were you when you did or received your first BJ)

I got a private message back from a guy that said' you know being forced at 5 years old to give and get BJ's and made to learn to jack off at that age made you gay".

Well I thought about it a while and you know I just don't know. My mind tells me hell no, I was born that way. And I knew by the time I was 7 or 8 that I liked boys better then girls. But he has me wondering!!

Since science has not discovered the whole scenario of what determines someones sexuality I cannot say.

Being gay from my perspective is a genetic thing, though actions performed as an adult due to abuse as a child are a common result but IMHO not deemed as being gay, or if the victim IS gay, not the reason they are gay.

edit: if it helps, when I was between the ages of 5-10 I had an obsession with boys and with some sexual thoughts. However even growing up with lesbian aunties I did not comprehend "gay" until I was a teenager. That is one of the reasons why I think we are hardwired in terms of sexuality not by the result of experiences.
