I loved the social aspects of high school. It was fun driving my friends around for the first time and all that. I wouldn't want to repeat any of it though. I loved it at the time, but looking back, a lot of my adventures seem foolish and I regret many of the things I did. Live and learn.

College was a different story: I studied my ass off and did just enough partying to keep up with my peers.

I loved highschool. We had a really good bunch of people in our grade and we had a lot of fun. I was very involved I was on the student council.

No. Like you, I didn't fit in anywhere. During those years of my life I was very antisocial from self-confidence issues, and circumstances at home left me feeling even more isolated. In a lot of ways, high school could have been better, but they could have been worse. I'm thankful I was never picked on, openly anyway - I would fucked someone up though if I had. That's one thing I would have never allowed despite my awkwardness then. Really, I was just lonely. Having no friends was what made all those years unbearable. No one ever tried befriending me because I guess I was just weird or something because I would sit in class, never having the courage to say anything or approach anybody.

It's funny. The experience during high school was horribly painful for me, and even now I feel regret about high school because I feel I could have tried a little harder. It's unfair I guess. But than, because I felt no one liked me, I felt like I was never given the chance.

Anyway, it eventually led to me leaving in my senior year and finishing my diploma from home.

I hated it. I grew up in a state funded residential school for deaf children. I went home (130 miles away) one weekend each month, holidays and summer for three months... and hated it so much that I persuaded my parents to get the school have me tested and I left high school at end of my junior year to go to college the following fall. Glad I did that!

Kind of a tough question for me. I did Running Start my Junior and Senior year, meaning I was in college and never at the high school. I way young, could schedule classes with friends, takes the classes I wanted, and I was only in school for a about a quarter as long as the kids in high school. Was it an enjoyable time? Absolutely, but I wasn't really in high school.

As for the two years I was in high school. Meh, it could have been worse.

Anyway, I personally hated high school. you guys remember that episode of buffy with the kid who turned invisible because nobody noticed her? yeah, that was me, minus the invisible and trying to kill the head cheerleader part of course. oh buffy, how i miss you. high school, meh

I enjoyed the time period of the last two years of it. mostly because of a few flawed, very specific reasons and the fact that I felt invincible.

When i was in high school i didn't really hate it or love it. it was jsut meh, but now i wish i could turn the clocks back so badly and do it again just cause it was so easy and relaxed lol : D

No, I hated HS. I was a fat, geeky, closeted homo in an all boys school (though I did enjoy sites!!). I fell in love with a boy, unbeknownst to him, and pined over him for 4 years. I still talk to him 2-3 times a year; he still doesn't know, and whenever I see him, blood rushes to my cock.

After school, I hung out with a misfit crowd of pot smoking, beer drinking boys and girls...with them I had a blast. None of them went to my school, so I felt OK.

So, HS - no; after HS yes.

Um, I had a great time in high school. Played varsity sports, involved in clubs - president of 6 my senior year. I was on homecoming court twice, went to 6 proms...I had a great time. Having a great time in college, too, so I've been pretty blessed.

I loved high school. I had leadership roles in band, newspaper, and classes. I was pretty popular with the geeks and even some of the jocks. I loved my teachers and I loved the feeling of newfound freedom-- like being able to drive, or stay up til midnite, or go to lunch with friends.

And would I go back and do it again if I could?? Hell no.

Overall, I would say, yes. Of course there wer parts I didn't care for, but I did like it. I guess that is partially why I became a high school teacher.

College was MUCH better however!

I wasn't too bothered by high school. I ignored a lot of the stuff other people stressed over. I molded the "high school experience" around my own agenda, even the year I decided I would be invited to all the cool parties with the popular jocks and cheerleaders. It never materialized quite the way I imagined it, and they're all still paying for it today....

Well I'm currently still in High School, and I like it. I hated it for Freshmen and sophomore year, then last year something kind of clicked and I liked it a little more. Then this year, BAM! I just kind of walked in there a whole new person, and next thing I know I'm one of the most popular students there. I love it

I didn't announce that I'm gay, but everyone knows. But no one messes with me.
