Years ago, I discovered that I have the gift of 'Dowsing' which seems to run in our family.

I also have this weird dislocation or out-of-balance syndrome if there is any significant global geo-tech disruption...to the point of dizziness and nausea or vomiting, depending on how close an earthquake or volcano is.

It happened again with Tonga volcano this past week...as it was happening it was like I was shifted sideways and while I sometimes just put it down to a fine Merlot or oncoming flu or cold...it most often signifies a seismic disturbance.

I understand that birds and animals can sense this too.

Have you ever had this sensation? I don't like it.

That would be around 11:15 pm for me. I was in bed either reading or jacking off.

I'll bet my cat felt it, though. Once I got up in the middle of the night to pee during an especially vicious thunderstorm. My cat was in the hall closet. He was always terrified of thunder, but this time he was whimpering. I chalked it up to the fact that I had just moved to the apartment we were in, and he probably still felt uneasy about it, so the thunder was even more frightening for him.

The next day I found out that at that exact time a tornado had touched down only five miles away.

I'm barely coping with being tuned into fellow man, if the Earth started metaphorically talking to me I'd probably go ape$hit

No didn't feel it.
But whatever changes in air-pressure happened that day from the local weather...I sure felt that. Put me down in bed with a migraine. Ug.

No dowsing, minor clairvoyance, very very very slight mind reading mainly off my parents, slight precognition via playing cards, & premonitions but thats only happened a handful of times.

yes to dowsing

I and my oldest brother are able to do it

started doing it about 30 years ago; not done it in a while

I like to use 1/4 inch copper rods

I can locate water lines and electrical lines :)

An average of 10-20 volcanoes are erupting on this planet at any given moment, and the number at times reaches 50.

You must never sleep.
