naw, didn't care to say the least especially be holed up in a club at full capacity. it was hard to have a good time with people constantly bumping into me and being forced into a small semi circle with my brother and my homeboy. all that new years celebration whatever is nonsense. i sound like my old boss saying that. most definitely don't plan on doing that again unless it's nye 09.

Yes! Kissed my best friend right at midnight. I'm currently visiting him in NY for the holidays and we went out to a few bars/clubs with some of his coworkers.

In the past I've been to Walt Disney World for New Years celebrations for the fireworks, and that is probably the most crowded it ever is all year. Two years ago when I was still dating my last boyfriend, I went to the restaurant where he worked and got to kiss him at midnight.

There is something very magical about so many people around the world coming together to celebrate a rather trivial event in the year, but that in itself doesn't undermine the magical feeling. Happy New Year!

Sine I was with my mother and sibblings that would have been very akward weird moment. Thanks God I live in Spain and the tradition here is eating 12 grapes while watching in TV the clock in Plaza del Sol, Madrid.
