I hated school. I was teased daily.

I think school is just a place to babysit kids.

Im 57 years old and I have never used algebra.

I think school would have been more beneficial if it taught you about life. For example, how to endorse a check. How to make a budget.
 
I hated group projects, and the children I had to put up with. Yes, even as a kid, I hated kids.
 
I liked some of the classes, teachers but hated most of it. It depends on which school and age and yes I was teased/bullied constantly too as well so I hated that too I agree and don't miss it But still get bullied as an adult.
 
I was quite ambivalent about my school days.
They were a necessary passage to adulthood
I very quickly found that without any academic aptitude there was really only one way to survive.
I became the school bike!
I never got bullied and had quite an adventurous time at school
 
I didn't like Math or Science but I loved History and International Relations and even though English is my first language I much preferred my Spanish class to my English class. I also participated in many clubs and activities I quite liked. My favorite activity was the Ecology Club - I was interested in respecting and protecting the environment and planet way before it became a popular subject. It always seemed so irresponsible and morally reprehensible to shit on the environment and let future generations pay for it and try to clean up the mess we made.

Hated authority figures, loved the social experience. While everybody else stuck to cliques I floated around I hung with the jocks and the gothic kids and the band nerds all colors all religions it was a life-changing experience especially at such a young age to be exposed to so many cultures in the last era of "let's put our differences aside." I wouldn't trade anything to go back for all the knowledge I've gained but I do miss it being okay to be different. i appreciated the multiculturalism (gosh how that used to be such a beautiful word) after spending k-8 as the only black kid in school, save 4th grade when there were two asian girls in my class.

Teachers though, yuck. I was always arguing with them and in trouble. Give somebody a little authority over someone and they become a monster. :bartshock

Mostly I enjoyed being around people and there were a few teachers that sometimes got off topic and I found their take on life interesting, but the last few years I felt like I didn't fit in as well and was just putting in my time.
 
Sit down girls time to spill the tea! I FUCKING LOATHED SCHOOL! From 6th grade on it was AWFUL! THE WHOLE THING WAS A CLUSTER FUCK! It all started with this little bitch who had most of the 6th grade class wrapped around her little cunty finger it was open season on me the quietest kid ugh to say it was the year from hell is an UNDERSTATEMENT! that went on through 7th and this new bitch joined the original bitches crusade against me! 8th grade was ok because I told my teacher look ________ & ___________ have been putting me through the ringer for the last 2 years and I want it to stop! I practically gave my teacher the class assignments for 8th grade thankfully she knew along with the other 8th grade teacher who moved with our class she taught us in 5 6 7 & 8 that I wasn't lying so it goes to show that they see it but they dont DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! High school was meh wasn't in any particular click wasn't a jock, not a brain, not a partier, not Latino or Polish not a burnout, really and truthfully I was the forgotten, an outcast! But when it came time to be cannon fodder I was number 1! You know the fat kid has no feelings! It's a pity no one ever wanted to get to know me, Fuck em all! Now the guys who started with me are all getting fat bloated and are loosing their hair! Not to mention a good number of them have 1 or more kids and a few if them are divorced HA HA HOO HOO GREEDY MOTHERFUCKERS TRYING TO HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO!

what is it about having kids that makes guys get fat? all the guys i know who are fathers are big as boats now.
 
hated most of it ---had a few friends ---including my girlfriend---2 of my best friends didn't go to my high school....which was a drag.

I don't think being punished at school made you gay. We adapt our fantasies and fetishes to our sexuality, not the other way around. If you were straight, you'd probably fantasize about being tied up and gagged by women. I'm wondering now if being bullied at a young age is why I sometimes like to be hit during sex.
 
I enjoy some things about school, like learning new things, and I also hate 99% of my classmates, they bullied me a lot until I start kicking asses and getting expel every month. When it stopped, I could finally enjoy learning and being myself.
 
I loved school when I got to college, but experienced a lot of mocking in grade school because we were poor.

I've never enjoyed life more than when in college.
 
While at the time high school wasn't all bad, I've since decided school is a troublesome social environment, with a wee bit-o education on the side.
 
Loved school, both as a student and as a professor.
 
I hated elementary school and junior high. I enjoyed high school, mostly. I loved college - best time of my life!
