I am currently having issues with my weight. I am 5'10 and weigh like 155lbs. Up until last week I was working out ,but stopped since I started school again. I have trouble balancing time and get out of the zone and just don't know when to schedule a workout.

I heard that Hydroxycut was taken out of the market since they were bad or something. Now, I am looking for a pill that will give me that same effect. When I was on hydroxycut, I was able to workout and see the results that I wanted. I lost like 20 lbs and was on my happy weight of (130lbs)

Back to working out. I was doing P90x and liked it but got bored with it. The same happened with Insanity and other workout videos. I just hate doing the same thing over and over. I still somewhat do Insanity since its ok.

I just feel so fat and its making me upset. I am pretty thin and my arms are something I love since they look like I actually work them out. Its my stomach that needs definition and I have this annoying belly fat that I wish would go away.

I know about eating healthy but when you live at my house its impossible. I dont even know if I know how to eat healthy. I've been eating breakfast and It makes me feel even fatter. They say to eat breakfast to help loose weight. Dont worry its a very small 200-300 calorie breakfast. I am frustrated.. help :(

Don't rely on magic pills. It's simple math. Burn more calories than you take in and you will lose weight. As for breakfast, eat more protein and fewer carbs. Carbs will spike then lower blood sugar way before lunch leading to over eating. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Watch sugar and fat snacks. Try to do more walking and stairs.

The best way to help yourself look better despite your weight is to gain a little more muscle. It'll help fill out the parts that should be filled out and it'll make the flabbier parts look less flabby. Plus carrying muscle burns fat.

Continue to do chin ups and pull up from P90X. Try to lift weights at school, squats, lunges and dead-lifts especially bench and shoulder presses, that's it.

Just confirming- 5'10" (70 inches) and 155 lbs... and you feel fat?

KB, it's what happens when you lose fat and have no muscle mass. It's what we call, skinny fat. Basically you don't weigh much and don't have muscle so you stomach looks fat as a result cause you bodyfat percentage isn't low. The best way to combat this is to gain muscle caues if he lost another 5-10 lbs of fat/muscle, he'll look worse. While gaining 5 pounds of muscle, he'll look a ton better and thinner.

Exactly. I've been through that phase. I lost a lot of weight and ended up with little muscle. For months and months, I was debating if I should lose more weight or should I bulk up a bit. Well, after a year of trying to lose more weight and being scared to death of carbs, I said, "Enough. I'm clearly not getting the results I want by doing this. I have to gain muscle." Fastforward, and I've packed on quite a bit of muscle and I've never felt stronger and healthier.

The thing is that I dont want to look bulky.

Gaining muscle doesn't happen overnight or by accident. If that happened, wouldn't anyone who went to the gym turn into the Hulk by the end of the week? Clearly, the answer is no. Gaining muscle (in your words: looking "bulky") takes a long time. In fact, most people only gain 0.5lbs of pure muscle a week (on average). The half-pound of muscle is spread out, so it's not really a lot of muscle if you think about your body in proportions. Muscle gains comes mostly from eating a caloric surplus, in conjunction with applying stimulus to your muscles (i.e working out).

Diet pills and fat-burners never work. It's just a bunch of caffein to give you energy to exercise.
