Hey, all.

I just wanted to get some advise. I have noticed in the past few months that my orgasms seem a lot less intense. Ejaculation is fine, just the intensity of the orgasms are less. Does anyone know why this can be?

Thank you.

A few questions-
  1. You're in your late 30s, correct?
  2. Anything new happening in your life- additional stress, change in your health, etc?
  3. Are you on any medications like antidepressants or blood pressure medications?
  4. Has the change been slow or did the decrease in intensity happen quickly?

This has been happening to me too! 33 in 17 days hell of a lot of stress lately all due to my "father" only asthma medications accolate breo and ventolin when needed and levalbuterol when needed and it came on pretty quickly also having issues maintaining an erection slightly!

I'm 38.
Nothing has happened lately but because of the pandemicI haven't had a job in over a year. That's stressful.
Not on any medications.
I think it had already decreased, but let's say it's been much more significant in the past few weeks.

I always ask about medications because several of the anti-depressants and blood pressure medications can really impact orgasms. So, we'll eliminate that.

As you get into your thirties, it is normal for intensity of orgasms to decline- but the change is slow and happens over the course of years, not days or weeks.

Your level of stress, the uncertainty and the lack of unemployment are the thing that I would suspect.

What I'd suggest is to change up your routine- get outside, be more active and try to get into a routine until your life gets more "normal". If you're able to exercise- walking, jogging or working out- you'll see a difference pretty quickly if the source of the problem is more related to your stress level. If that doesn't work, then the next suggestion would be to see your physician for a physical to be sure that there isn't a physiological cause.

Thank you!

I usually do daily walks to big park near my house.

I'll try to monitor how I'm feeling in the next few days.
