I'd love to go, but I have big doubts about being able to make it this time. Two-years-running the western JUB meet has happened to be at a time I was in southern California anyway. (Of course the recent one was in Vegas, not CA, but close enough, LOL.)
Instead, though I plan to be out West at the time, it looks much more like an Oregon-Washington trip. I'll be doing really good if I even get as far south as Milpitas [Silicon Valley].

My point still stands. It was just a question. You act as if we all have to be a group the entire time. Also I never said anything about leaving the group, just what they may have of interest for us to do as a group.

Well, me and my partner planned on going to it next year so there's 2 interested at least. He's not on JUB, only I am.

It's really too early to say now since I have no idea what the fuck is happening next year but I am interested. The reason I couldn't do the vegas meet was because of fucking school. I'm almost finished with school now. There might be the possibility that I go to another school this year but if so it won't be culinary. I'll be able to take a day or two off. Can't believe how much I missed this year because of school.
But anyways, I have a feeling this year will have lots of changes and that's a good thing. I'll see if my Master and brother are interested in going too. They've never been to a california gay days. Only florida one.
As for a point in going.
One point that I think is good to make someone wanting to go is to see ALL THE RED SHIRTS THERE. It feels like a form of gay pride. Just being at disneyworld and seeing all the gay guys there. It's not so much "OMG THAT GUY IS HAWT I WANTZ TO FUX HIM" it's more empowering and makes you feel really good when you see how many gay people there actually are.
Some of them are pretty social and nice too. I remember chatting with some last year on some of the rides. And the extra bonus with that is meeting awesome jubbers. And like Stacey said it's not all about the sex.
But if Stacey is planning this than I will definately keep this in mind. Stacey is awesome at planning trips and actually cares about those who are 18-20. Seeing as how we can't get into a majority of gay bars and places
We'll just have to talk about what trips to plan this year. Thank you very much for bringing up the idea early. With the new year about to begin people can start to plan and discuss what trips they want to take this year and as the dates and year progress they can plan and organize into making them a reality.

Unlike the previous two western meets (falling on that same weekend), this one doesn't work for me at all. I'll be in the West, but I'll be more in the Portland area or thereabouts.
Generally, a JUB meet works for me, or it doesn't - there's rarely an inbetween. The only exception was San antonio last year, which spawned a big trip in that direction, but before that I was sort of undecided.
