Rubys post got me to thinking. . .not everyone knows the background surrounding my divorce. I have a couple of posts here and there talking about how and why my wife left me. But that would be to much work to search. . .So if any is interested here goes. . .
We were married just 3 months short of 21 years. She has some suspitions that I am gay, but no evidence, the last few years, she would not sleep with me, and even slept in another room. no communication at all. So one day just before leaving for work, she announced that she was leaving, and is in love with another man, and as soon as the divorce is final they were going to get married. But that did not last long, they broke up, but she still did not want to come back to me. She also left me with our daughter. Which I am grateful for!! In doing research for divorces, I found the it would be a lot cheaper to divorce when my daughter turned 18, which was last November, so I was going to file then, but then found out, that as long as she was in school, she was still considered a minor. She graduated from high school June 6th, so on June 7th, I filed. . .and on October 13 the judge signed the decree. So basically, this was just a formality, the legal paper work to end a marriage that was over 5 or 6 years ago. Hope this helps! Any questions, please feel free to ask.
