Both parents were quite surprised when I came out at 23. It took a good 10 minutes to very slowly explain to my dad what exactly I meant.

Apparently neither of them thought it was the least bit odd that I never talked about, dated, or brought over girls once in my entire life.
 
Hell Yeah my mama knew!!!! I was maybe 5-6-7 i'm not sure but my 2 older sisters and a bunch of there friends (all girls) got together and started doing cheers and cheerleading in front of our house. (my oldest sister had a full cheerleading uniform) They wouldn't let me cheer with them and i started to cry....later in that week i found the skirt to the uniform and put it on and ran around the house doing cheers and jumping around. My mama saw me she went crazy!!! She started chasing after me and then i ran outside and all over the 'hood' with the skirt on. jumping AROUND AND CHEERING.

I think she knew even bf then.
