I have found spots on my penis they couldve always been there but i have had unprotected sex so now im freaking out because of that.. .. i go to my doctor in a few weeks for a physical so i was gonna ask to get an std test while i am there.. Could it be genital warts? I do manage a pizza place so i do sometimes get greasy and oily so it could be acne.... Don't give me the condom lecture i plan on being safe now on..

Anyway.. it's just spots just like you can get spots anywhere on your skin. But when they grow, itch, hurt, bleed or stuff like that, then definitely see a doctor. But just normal spots, like skin spots, it says on Wikipedia 25% of men have that.

same question, same situation. thinking a few days ago that it may be herpes i begun applying vitamin e oil to the effected area a few times a day
i also have recently been developing mild eczema around my buttocks, thighs/pubic area, chest, hands, fingers, lower arms and abdomen.
could these spots on my shaft be from an eczema itch? my shaft had been itchy before it looked like this.
usually the eczema starts as white bumps which itch and then get red, bleed slightly then scab over.
could that be the two spots that are on my shaft? I scheduled an appointment for a herpes test with planned parenthood for a few days from now.

The thing about having sex is that afterwards people become more aware of their bodies. The slightest noticeable marks bring up suspicion because you are being wary even if they're normal. But um I'm not really sure what to think. Your head looks fine...But if you're getting eczema, definitely apply lotion to your entire body especially after showers.
