Bears Do I Look Like A Bear? Otter? or Cub?

I have been wondering if I am furry enough to be considered a bear. Guys tell me that I am too little to be a bear, while others call me a pocket ginger bear. I am thinking of doing bear porn, and I am just wondering if I am hot enough to do it.

My Stats: 48, 5'5" 147. Red hair, beard, and hairy.

I love hairy bearded men. No so much the heavy set crowd. But love muscle bears and otters. I also love underwear and jock straps. I am also a serious gear trader.

If you can't label yourself, why care? I like bears, I have a goatee, but don't label me a bearcubotterchubchaseradmirer. I know there's a dating site that requires you to label yourself when signing up and I think it's absolutely dumb. I'm just me, a bearded guy. Maybe other guys call me a cub or an idiot, but that's not how I would see myself.

Yes. Paws. Some guys do get offended when people refer to them as a bear. In fact I know of several guys who fit the image of a bear perfectly, who would never go to a bear weekend, because they think all bears are gigantically fat and old. While others, (Like Myself) think of themselves as bears. I also know of a guy who was a thin as a rail, had no body hair or facial hair, in fact, he was even bald. Yet he had the courage to enter the bear contest at our local campground, and say proudly that he was a bear. And, he was welcomed with applause. While some hardcore bears were not happy with him being there.

Also the reason I post this topic, was not to get a label. I was actually thinking of doing bear porn. And, just wanted to see who would respond to me as a possible "bear" model. Unfortunately, like most of the entertainment world, if you do not look the part, the people who make those movies will not be interested in you. I know a guy, who is a former Mr. Michigan Bear, who was rejected by a bear magazine, because he did not have enough hair on his chest. Though he fit the image every where else.

So it really depends on who is looking at you, and not how you see yourself in that respect. To me. I'm a ginger cub. Though guys are now telling me I'm too fucking old!..LOL!! So, I'll be a pocket ginger bear until i kick the bucket.
