I don't think you look mean, just serious. You sort of have a half smile in the picture where you are wearing the Snake bite t-shirt. If you smiled genuinely, your pics would be so much better. You are very handsome and should be happy to show it off. I wish I looked as good and you twenty years ago. You seem, from the partial smile I see, to be a warm person. If you smiled more that would really come across and also portray confidence, which is the sexiest characteristic of all. But it all depends on what kind of image you want.

No, but you look intense and that you can get very sad from time to time. (But maybe i am projecting what i sometimes see in myself in the mirror). Kind of no emotion at all in your pictures, even your smile is tentative.

Nope. I see no reason for all the guys out there to put on unnatural smiles just coz someone is taking their pix. Like in 'cheeeeeeezzzzz', 'seeeexxxxxy' or anything of the kind.

I smile whenever I have a genuine need and inspiration to smile.

Nope. You look emotionless - as a lot of people do when they get a photo taken. It's odd, the human mind often thinks "Right, photo moment!" and arranges the face into a complete lack of expression.

But yeah, I think you'd look better if you smiled. Everyone does.
