Well, they all look different, but that's one way a beautiful, healthy vagina can look. Basically, anything that doesn't look like that bluewaffle thing is normal and healthy, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that, but that is, yes, a beautiful, healthy vagina, in my opinion and that of the website where it came from, and probably a lot of other people.

Some folks, including some women (sadly) think all vaginas are ugly. Most of us are socialized to think our own are ugly or dirty somehow, and continue to do so unless we manage to deprogram ourselves from society's sanctioned misogyny.

I think that photo looks like a Georgia O'Keefe painting.

Maybe, since you're gay (unless you've slept with women extensively before you came out), the only examples of vaginas you've seen are the sanitized porn version, which aren't always representative of what most vaginas look like. Lots of women in porn get their inner labia removed, so that they basically look like barbies with clits.

Perhaps because I have one, I can imagine the horrible disease state and attendant excruciating pain that would have to be involved in producing that appearance. It's probably the way you'd feel watching a little video of someone getting kicked in the balls. I don't see how she could have allowed it to get to that state without screaming in pain and being unable to walk. Perhaps she was mentally ill, or, god forbid, homeless, and unable to avail herself of regular heath care. I've heard of such cases from people who work in County hospital.
