All sexual activity has a certain amount of risk attached to it. I believe it has been medically proven over and over again that oral sex is low risk. Were that not the case, most of the heterosexual population would be infected. They aren't. Only you can decide, based upon medical facts, what is an "acceptable risk" for you.

for me, the risk with a stranger is too high.. but with a guy a know for a while it is okay.. although i know very well that there is still no guarantee and a small risk is left..

Agreed. I think if you are in a monogamous relationship (do they exist?) people are more likely to swallow cum. Or if you know the person and they are not whoring around. The viral load of precum is about the same as saliva, which would mean sucking and not letting your partner cum in your mouth is about as dangerous as deep kissing.

semen, on the other hand, has the highest viral load of any bodily fluid, largely due to the large amount of CD4+ marcophages it contains. So letting your partner cum in your mouth is much riskier, though still nowhere near as risky as unprotected anal sex.
