Well, no. Experimenting once, for whichever reasons, doesn't make a person homosexual or straight. However, if you define yourself as straight or gay, and actively seek to engage in sexual acts with people of the same/opposite gender, you are neither thing: you are bisexual.

Many people seem to make the erroneous assumption that, in order to be bisexual, you have to be equally attracted to both men and women at all levels, all the time. This is not so. Bisexuality has differing degrees of attraction, that range from the permanent to the periodical, and said changes in emotional intensity and physical desire for one gender or the other, don't alter a subject's true sexuality (in this case, bisexuality).
