what do u guys think?? the latest gay movie ive seen is shelter. i loved the movie coz it looked realistic and felt that i had a similar experience with the character.

do u think some straight guys dont mind watching gay movies or do they feel awkward??

Sex is Sex and people are curious. Most straights i've met are more than happy to watch gay porn and/try a little Gay Sex

Yes and most gay guys enjoy watching lesbian porn and jump right into muff diving. GMAFB.

quite a few of my straight friends have watched shortbus...i used to show it to guys when i was i was totally closeted to see how they reacted.

funny...a gay friend of mine saw it in my collection and asked to borrow it, then he moved away. when he offered to mail it to me i told him to keep it as a going away present...so i bought it again. a few months later when my friend was in town visiting we were hanging out at my house and he saw it again and was like, "come on man...No straight guy buys that movie twice!"

this was right in front of my girlfriend.

well anyway that movie has gotten me a bj once and a few massages from "straight" guys. one of the best investments ever.

and although none would ever admit it...i think alot of straight guys would enjoy watching gay porn...i mean i'm pretty queer but i love watching lesbian porn. its a curiosity thing more than a turn-on thing. i love midget porn and novelty prosthesis porn as well...anyway...

I don't know if people here are in some serious denial or maybe don't know what the meaning of the word "STRAIGHT" is but NO, they don't like watching gay movies.

There are some guys who are open minded and will watch movies like Brokeback Mountain because they heard it was a good movie but the majority of them don't care for gay movies.

As for gay porn, yeah maybe they'll view it once out of curiosity but if they're turned on by it, they aren't straight. People here are so out of touch with reality because their fantasies about straight guys seem to have made them delusional to the real world.

Being technically straight and all I guess my opinion is relevant.
I don't feel awkward at all, but it just doesn't do anything for me; me being an incredibly open-minded, strange fella probably gives me a minority opinion though.

Your average straight guy tends to try the best to not look gay though (usually them being insecure about their sexuality, or care too much about what others think) and really would never watch gay porn; of course that is merely based upon my own experience.

Brokeback Mountain is not a good movie; it is an absolutely amazing movie. Definitely one of my favourites.

If you're curious and posting in a forum meant for gay men I doubt you are straight but I agree with some of your points.

I'm attracted to females, and not males but I'd have sex with either. I don't know what orientation I fall under.

Another opinion from the straight-ish perspective.

Yeah, sex is sex. Gay sex is a sexy behavior, and men in general are wired to get turned on by just about anything. They'll see the erections, they'll see the sensitive bits being touched -- and I guarantee you that they'll get an arousal response. "It" will move. And I'm confident that if you sneak a gay video onto a straight guy's computer, and he "accidentally" clicks on it, he'll watch it enough to get a hardon.

However, getting the average straight guy to admit that he'd so much as glance a video -- good luck with that. There's a social stigma with being labeled something you think you're not when you watch certain acts, or even experimenting. If you sit him down in an environment where he's allowed to have an open mind without threatening his sexuality, then you'd be surprised.

Now with all that said, while I firmly believe that straight guys can get aroused watching a degree of gay porn, they will not actively seek it out or use it for their primary masturbatory material. The guys who say they're straight, but ultimately fall back on gay porn, is a bit of a conundrum. There's a level of curiosity there that draws him away from being "perfectly straight" -- but I'm not going to belabor on labels here.

So my bottom line: yes, even straight guys can get turned on by gay porn. But they're not going to actively look for it, or necessarily watch it long enough to masturbate to it.

My personal tolerance of gay videos -- I can sit through jack-off sessions, and even some fellatio. But penetration and passionate kissing; not my thing at all.

Then by your logic, nobody is really straight and I don't know how much I believe that. I think everyone has some sort of curiosity about the same sex but not everyone is going to be turned on by it or enjoy watching a gay porn. Some guys just don't like it at all.

You're absolutely right. I don't believe that there is such a thing as 100%, absolute, down-to-the-bone heterosexuality [or homosexuality for that matter]. Just as you said, there's some level of curiosity. How much will depend on the guy: his environment, upbringing, and innate sexuality.

But that's a little beside the point. My main point is that men are generally aroused by sexual activity, period. Of course, there are certain kinds to that don't appeal to everybody. Things start occurring, and the viewer gets more and more uncomfortable until it becomes unwatchable. But there's always going to be that initial spark.

looks like straight guys are starting to post here :-). i have a question for the straight guys, if u guys know that this is a gay site, is there are a particular reason why u go to this site? or do u look for something like forums or maybe gay porn??

I agree. My hetero friends would be like, "Turn that sh&t off! It's so f&ckin gross!" Regardless of their curiosity. It just wouldn't be very manly to them to like any of that stuff. And if they did, it would play into their insecurities. Quite a shame.

I think most straight guys are okay with watching gay-themed movies provided there isn't too much kissing.

Something crashes in the average straight guy when he sees two guys in a lip-lock. Similarly, they might watch a few seconds/minutes of gay porn provided it never gets into the darker stuff like felching or even just cum swallowing.

I'm sure all the notions of what two guys might do with one another exist in the hetero brain, but some I think might be a little closer to the surface than others because it is something a straight guy might try with his girl - like anal sex, say. However, I don't suspect the average straight is going to dump his load into his girl's mouth and then kiss her, and is even less likely to try to lick it out of her vag.

I think it depends on the genre. If it's a serious drama like Brokeback Mountain then the answer is yes. If it was a comedy then not so much as long as there aren't any graphic sex scenes like Shortbus.

I stumbled into this site by typing something similar to "bangbros zshare ********** megaupload" into google and was connected to a thread in this forum. That required me to register. I personally have a problem I am addicted to sex and porn straight sex and straight porn. So I go anywhere google takes me in search of it. I also have found that in most cases gay guys and lesbian women are not as judgmental as straight people and are generally friendly and down to earth.

As I am straight I think I can speak on the topic. Straight can watch some gay movies. "I Now Pronounce Chuck and Larry" was hilarious, Brokeback Mountain was a serious love story I do not agree with everything in it, but it was good movie and sad movie. I also heard "The Crying Game" was good never seen it though. I have watched Will & Grace with one ex girlfriend and on occasion with my current girlfriend. The show is hilarious.

Ultimately I think that Hollywood is going to help establishing a greater acceptance and tolerance of gay and lesbian people. I have accepted that people will sleep with whomever they are attracted to. I family members and friends that are gay and lesbian. My love for my family and friends have to me tolerance and acceptance. I also petitioned on behalf of one of my lesbian friends to start a gay-straight-alliance when I was in high school.

I think straight guys are more interested in their lesbian friends than their gay friends. I know that I am interested in my lesbians friends in either watching or participating but I respect their wishes for me not to participate but I am still looking for 2 girls willing.
