Do wet dreams give you an intense orgasm?

Though it has been unintentional, I haven't masturbated in over a week, it's probably going on two weeks soon, actually. I think I'll try to make a conscious effort to abstain if ever the urge actually arises, which for some reason, I don't feel that it will.

I've only ever had one wet dream in the past. I can't remember the dream exactly, though more vividly than most of my dreams. I know for sure there was no 'sex'. I just remember sitting quite close to a man, his arm resting over my shoulder, and we were talking about something pretentious and pseudo-intellectual (that sort of stuff really gets me going ). I can't remember if he kissed my neck, or my lips, but I woke up pretty much straight after it - very, very messy.

I'm going to have to agree with sixthson though, when the mood strikes I prefer the journey in anticipation of the destination, rather than the destination itself. Though, indeed I am curious to see if it will induce a more intense orgasm than usual.

I don't have wet dreams often but when I have, the orgasm has been more intense than any I've experience through other means. Well, with the exception of one time.

Only one has been a proper sex dream (well, as in having full on anal) though, but the others have been varied. Most recently I had an intersting dream which featured a guy who I went to school with. We weren't enemies but were never really proper friends and he left high school early so I haven't seen him in years but he randomly popped up in this dream.

We were both naked on a bed doing the usual mixture of stuff, then we ended up in a position with me on my back, up on my elbows, and him balanced on top, his back to me. There was no penetration; he was just rubbing his ass against my dick. I still remember vividly how real it felt, even though (obviously) it was just a dream. Very intense. I woke up mid-orgasm, sweaty and panting. It's incredible how powerful your mind can be, especially when it comes to dreams.

They're not better than my standard orgasms - they're just different. They're "out of control", but not in that "ramped up to 11" sort of way. The spasms seem to occur whenever, and there's no telling when the "big" ones will occur.

The most interesting part (to me) is what leads up to it. Because as far as I know, I'm never dreaming of hot hardcore sex when I get a wet dream. Instead, it's simply an intensely erotic dream, and it's nearly impossible to pinpoint the source of the eroticism. Yeah, there's often a guy involved, and he's often unclothed to some degree. But other than that, it's all undertones and atmosphere. I recall one dream I had where a naked guy was simply sipping coffee out of a mug, and staring out through an open door of a cabin into the field beyond. In the dream, I asked him if everything was OK. He turned to look at me, smiled sadly, shook his head, and resumed looking into the field.

And I woke up shooting like a volcano.

Lucky you. I wish that I could remember my dreams better. Usually I only remember little shards that don't fade away - and they're ALWAYS something really weird, like maybe I'm riding in a car, then on the way out of the car I'm somersaulting backwards in a brown sort of way inside the piano keys, while texting a meteorite.

Funny thing, all the dreams always make PERFECT SENSE when they're happening.

Oh, the subject of the thread...same as mbamike...no wet dreams since I learned about masturbating.

I had quite a lot before I really understood about them. They are intense and better than masturbation but definitely not better than orgasm during any kind of sex. Anyway I was about 12-13 and used to think a lot about pretty girls and cute boys at school.
