Once you get to know a guy better and hang out with him, without any sexual contact and interests, do you still ask him if he's HIV+? Out of precaution if he hurts himself and is bleeding.

No, I'm not paranoid.. if he would hurt himself and bleeds so much that he requires my help I would wear disposable gloves anyway.. regardless if it's a friend or some stranger I would try to avoid to get in contact with blood. And if it would be a life threatening situation I would do whatever is necessary, even if there are no disposable gloves at hand.

what? do you plan to suck his blood if he hurts himself?
nope i don't ask that my friends .. why should i?

No, not more than I would ask them if they have Hep C, HPV or herpes or any other virus.

I do ask them if they are being safe and getting tested. I just don't ask the results of the test.

No, and I'd never need to ask questions like that since I wear a hazmat suit whenever I leave my sterile, plastic bubble-home.

Do you guys share needles as well or what?

No wonder are STDs so common with such an attitude :-({|=

No wonder there's so much ignorance in this world when a gay man has this attitude. How can we expect the straights to come around?

Any "friend" who asks such an intensely personal question that is of need to be known is no friend, just an ignorant busy body.
