I really love the taste of cows' milk, especially full cream, direct from the cow milk, but it makes me bloat and gives me terrible tummy problems. I do have yoghurt, and decent cheeses, and these don;t seem to bother me so much. I miss drinking milk by the jug full.:(
 
almond and hemp milk are my faves, i choose organic over conventional as well.

the only dairy i consume has all been fermented; cheese, yogurt, kefir etc. . .
