His particular look is very common in collegiate, jock, and bar culture, and it's begging for a makeover!

1. The hair has to go. He's a Lacrosse player with "hockery hair" (which he'll lose within five years anyway) and I can't stand it. A closer-cropped do would look more contemporary.

2. A little too much baby-fat that makes his face look roundish. Had he not been such a heavy drinker he might weight 15 to 20 pounds less, which would be an improvement.

3. Don't know what his body looks like, but I'll bet his physique is not as defined as it could be based on his round face.

With the changes noted above and a trip back through time to undo his criminal conduct, he might be hot enough.
