I always do during the day. If it's the middle of the night I may or may not depending on how tired/skittish I am. Loud noises scare me, so sometimes, if it's just some pee and it's the dead of night, I'll leave it for tomorrow. But I never leave shit in the bowl.

At someone else's house? Always.

Yes, No, Yes.

Not flushing in the middle of the night (I'm talking about pee only, mind you) saves water and keeps me from waking up too fully. If I'm at someone else's house though, I always flush.
