There aren't any more safe bookstores like that around HERE any more. The police force started seriously cracking down on those places about ten years ago in this area. Before that, the police turned a blind eye to those places. They were quite fun places to go to when I was younger... I miss them, but it isn't worth the risk of getting arrested.

I've been to the Ram in Chicago a number of times. It's been a miss a few times, but mostly a hit.

When I lived in NYC, they had "buddy booths". No glory holes, but the booths were divided by two sheets of plexiglass and a screen between them.
