I have an hereditary progressive and terminal degeneration of the cerebellum . I am totally confined to a wheelchair and will be dead in maybe 5or or 6 years . So I am terminal and feel fine . I do not have diabetes , high blood pressure or even many wrinkles on my face , have not been to a doctor in over ten years , 19 years ago I had a headache . Being cerebellum it is brain and there are no nerves so no pain . So I am dying and I feel just fine .
 
Insulin dependant diabetic for years now and I think I have arthritis in my left index finger.

I have IBS. I've had diarrhea every day for about 7 years now. Plus I get TERRIBLE pain in my gut all the time.

They gave me a medical marijuana card though. :lol:
 
I had forgotten about mine until I saw cynicus list it here. I have Meniere's disease in my left ear. About nine years ago I had ringing in my ear and was so dizzy that I was vomiting. When I would have a spell, it was pretty debilitating. I lost the hearing in my left ear and a hearing aid won't help. They don't know the cause or a cure but a low sodium diet helps. It has settled down now and I rarely have an episode and, when I do, it is mild.

I occasionally (rarely) have diarrhrea. I haven't been able to come up with a cause and effect yet, but it is often a surprise and could be awkward some day.
 
So, mostly self inflicted psychosomatic and stress related ailments like hives / allergies, IBS, asthma and insomnia.

Time to fix your lifestyles up guys. Do some exercise, go to gym, eat properly, lose some weight, maybe get that new job you want, dress better, change your relationship if it does not work.

Yeah I have Hypertension and Insomnia, so I am not perfect either, also caught up in the stuff called modern life.
 
Hypertension well controlled by meds.

I have a bad back too. Apparent scoliosis coupled with obesity, but I'm working on the weight part, and I have a feeling the scoliosis isnt that severe yet.
 
Hypertension is contolled with meds ..| Eczema, which caused me some sadness in my youth.

My lactose tolerance is manageable, providing I don't overdo it on milk products. I become awfully gassy if I have cream cakes, but they're so yummy....
 
Myaesthenia gravis, 4 years now. Under control with drugs, but I cannot sustain continuous rigorous activities.
 
Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, controlled with CPAP and Modavigil. Maybe some depression/anxiety, but I'm seeing a shrink to try and sort that out.

Well that certainly blows me out of the water. At the risk of being intrusive - can you tell us (or at least me) a little more? Sounds awful. I hope you have good physical and emotional support.

Just clinical obsessive-compulsive disorder, to the point I'm legally entitled to disability checks from the government (woo). I don't do it, however, as I've developed particularly cool quirks that allow me to be fully functional.
