Anxiety and mild depression. I can also lack patience and be impulsive. I'm working on it though. Getting off mild drug use and severe alcoholism has helped a lot.

Not that I know off. I do have depression and anxiety during teens. It got a lot better after I went to college. Though now I suspect I am permanently scarred from my previous ordeal with fleas. I cringe when I see wild animals or pet shops.

just looked that up and naltrexone therapy doesn't have anything to do with the treatment of what i mentioned. it's for drug and alcohol issues.

Yeah, high doses of naltrexone are for those issues, but dig a little deeper on the net and you'll find that in low doses (1.5-4.5mg as opposed to 50mg) it is used for a variety of ailments, among them are all of the issues you mentioned. Believe me, I've done more than my fair share of homework on the subject. It works by increasing endorphins and creating more opiate receptors in your brain. I wouldn't lie to you or mislead you. YouTube "low dose naltrexone depression" and there is a good video about a guy giving his testimonial.

i'll look that up in a second, thanks man. to tell you the honest truth, i'm a little iffy on taking meds or any chemical related treatment as it took me a long time to even get myself to take zoloft out of fear of the side effects. :( you know, not trying to be dependent on chemicals although they are helping even if it's not taking care of everything that it's supposed to take care of.

there's no sexual side effects to that, is there? zoloft kinda killed my sex drive for a second.

No, one of the great things about it is that there are virtually no side effects. Some have reported insomnia if taken at bed times and vivid dreams, but none other than that. Good luck to you!
 
I have SAD which is a bit of a newcomer to the DSM. The doctor first thought I was bipolar but then I got a second opinion and they concluded it was SAD since I only get "moody" in the season changing months of November and March.
 
Depression, post traumatic stress disorder (ptsd) ocd and anxiety attacks.
I take no meds. for these problems as I hate drugs and pills (please, it's ok for others, just not me...grew up around drugs)
I spend a lot of time in a weird type of pain, I can't explain it, I want to cry and die at times, other times I feel fine, hope this isn't t.m.i.
