I have had people cut me off or pull other dumb stunts that cause near misses. Oddly I don't get angry, I manage to out maneuver these folks and just feel glad that we didn't meet.
Years ago I taught my wife how to drive and told her to never get angry behind the wheel because one dummy is enough.
Do you get mad?

I sometimes phone 911 to report drivers doing illegal things.

It does anger me that scofflaws get by with so much here. Traffic surveillance is almost non-existent. There are vehicles with completely blacked out windows, and some with tinted license plate covers.

Tons of idiots with headlights on hi-beam, even in daylight. Even more driving wihout any lights on at dawn, dark, dusk, and in the rain.

Road rage is one of the reasons I live someplace where I don't have to drive.

In Florida I remember a couple of times people getting out of their cars and screaming in each other's faces.

Although I get angry I don't think that I do anything outwardly that someone would call road rage. Occasionally if someone is going too slow I may follow them a little too closely like I am trying to push them, but too close is a matter of personal judgement. I haven't ever intentionally cut anyone off.

In about 35 years of riding motorcycle I've lost my temper twice, stopped a driver and shouted at them for nearly killing me. Otherwise calm, defensive driving is my style.

I never get mad while driving. I do see lots of bad drivers as I travel the highways daily, but I am to laid back to get mad at them.

I don't/can't drive. But, as a pedestrian and passenger, I experience road-despair when faced with the utter stupidity of so many terrible drivers, cyclists, and idiotic twats on those fucking stupid little powered scooter things.

and pedestrians!
The number of near misses I have seen with idiots so invested in their mobile phones that they just wander out into the road without looking

I don't think that most people screw up intentionally. We all make mistakes while driving... thinking this way keeps my cool.

Not in the sense of doing stupid things like swerving or cutting people up, nor do I stop the car looking for a fight, but I do curse the idiots concerned as I go on my way.

Hey, I did that all the time even before there were mobile phones.
