'Cut' means 'circumcised' (no foreskin covering the head when flaccid). 'Uncut' means 'uncircumcised' (foreskin covers the head when flaccid).

However, you can be circumcised and still pull the skin up and over the head if it is loose enough.

Sadly this has not been my experience. I think you are considering partial circumcisions, or perhaps some home-style circumcisions in the Jewish or Muslim tradition.

In hospital-preformed circumcisions, doctors tend to be rather... thorough. Such was my case. I have a slightly-more-sensitive location where my frenulum should be, but it is barely more noticeable than the rest. I can only imagine that it is akin to a dull, numb tickle where I should have an extra-sensitive pleasure zone.

Not something fun to go through life with.

Often the point isn’t what you can/can’t feel. Those arguments are completely subjective and vary greatly from individual to individual. The point that many circ’d guys (who are upset about it) find hard to get past is the sense of violation; that their body – their genitals – have been surgically altered without their consent and we will go to our graves never knowing what it is like to be intact. Some guys are not bothered by this, others are outraged.

Trust me, if it bothers you it is something very terrible to live with.

So, i'm speaking of the neo-natal, hospital-performed circumcisions that i've seen. I've also asked cut guys if they have their frenulum, and they said "yes." One guy told me that he actually TORE his, and had to have it removed.

Seen, the frenulum isn't sensitive to stroking or friction like the head is; It's actually sensitive to tension, or tugging. It feels kind of nice, but I can still only get off by putting friction on the bottom of the head. And I certainly don't like having the foreskin over the head while i'm stroking or thrusting.

Also: licking or biting my foreskin doesn't send powerful waves of unimaginable pleasure through my body like the NOCIRC movement believes it does. Sorry to shatter the illusion for you.

Yes, yes. . .people say this only when quoting a statistic or study. Try asking real people who're having a son about this; In my location - the Midwest US - circumcision is still just as common as it was in the '70s. I was one of the very uncut guys growing up, and everyone I know now who's having a baby is having him circumcised, without even putting a millisecond of thought into it.

I’ve never said this, and contrary to your insinuation, there is no conglomerate of anti-circ organizations. I understand that you claim to have experience with anti-circ zelots, but comparing them to every person who opposes infant-cic does us both a disservice. I really wish you’d stop. Keywords: statistic, study. These work with laws of averages. In particular, I am referencing several conducted on the US as a whole, which shows a significant drop in overall neonatal circumcisions over the past 30 years.

Undoubtedly there are areas where it is practiced more or less, but they are all accounted for in the sum total.

As I am uncut, I have no way of knowing whether being cut or uncut is best - guys who are circumsized as adults have told me that there is some loss of sensitivity. But I know of one benefit in being uncut. You don't need to make a mess but trap the jism at the last moment.
Of course I only do that when wanking alone - with a guy it is a case of no holds barred.
