  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Do you know what your name would have been if you were a female?

I... do not even want to know.

IIRC, my parents found out my gender during the ultrasound, so they had plenty of time to come up with male names for me.

My parents also thought I'd be a girl and had only picked out a girl's name: Anita Marie.

Yes, I think so, or I may be confusing it with one of the names that they were considering for my sister's name. It's a hideous name which is a female version of my grandfather's name, and I think it was his mother's (my great grandmother's ) name and no I won't say what it is. :p

My sisters both have L names, so I would have been Lacey.

My mother always knew I would be a boy. My actual first name is Onyxe. However if I were born a woman, I would very much like Emma.

Like Lex, I would have been given the name my sister ended up with (though they only had to wait eighteen months to use it): Suzette Marie. She goes by "Suzie," though... she thinks "Suzette" sounds like a French maid (and she's quite right).

I would have been named after my father's mother...

Her name was Salvatrice. My mother didn't like that name. She told me that she have given me a variant, such as Sarina, or Sarah.

Good thing I was named after my grandfather instead!:D

I'm so happy I'm not a girl!
but I like Italian names...like MICHELANGELA!

They say it was either gonna be Nicole or Athena. Nicole? Maybe. Athena? Nothx.

And the other male name I might've gotten was Constantine. So pretty friggin glad I got Richard instead, even if no one younger than 40 is named "Richard."
