Watched bits and pieces of his show on TV but have never laughed.

Wow you guys, Really? Seinfeld not funny? His stand up is not as funny as his sitcom. But most critics voted Seinfeld in the top three sitcoms of all-time! Mainly because the ensemble cast is hilarious. And to the OP, you can prove some things, but not what's funny. To each his own as far as what is funny and what isn't.

I was never into Seinfeld. I found him witty and humorous in general...but not really funny.

However...I think Larry David is so fucking funny I have fallen off the chair laughing....and Larry David produced the Seinfeld show...

I thought much the same. Seinfeld was shown at about 11 pm on a weekday in the UK. They put it in the graveyard slot because nobody watched it. Then near the end of the final series it started to pick up a cult following and that was when I first saw it. This was when DVD box sets were getting popular so everyone could catch up and then pretend they'd always been fans.

However...I think Larry David is so fucking funny I have fallen off the chair laughing....and Larry David produced the Seinfeld show...

Hmm ... not so sure. Curb Your Enthusiasm looked to me like a standard traditional domestic sitcom where the boss is coming to dinner and the husband commits some gaffe with hilarious results. Everyone seems to think it's ground-breaking stuff, maybe because he says "oh fuck" instead of "oh fiddle-faddle".

That explains why I've never seen him. I was vaguely aware of the name, but didn't realise he was a comedian.

I only saw his stand up a few times or a few lines of it at the end of (or was it he beginning?) of his show, I liked his dry humor.
The show was hilarious.
I never could stand slap stick like "the 3 stooges" even as a boy, I loved Johnny Carson's monologue and most of his antics where funny during the skits.

accusing us of dumb? No way. I found his humor so boring, predictable and petty like "days of our lives" talking about nothing type of joke.

I laugh at many comedians but Seinfeld is not one of them.
