Love good bread. Preferably a good, hearty bread and a great crust, with butter.
The Bakery in my teeny town in Michigan makes a Country French Bread that I can make a meal out of.
They use the same dough to make their unbelievable Swiss Cheese, Cracked Pepper and Garlic bread. Which I brush with Olive Oil and toast it on the grill.
I think I'm getting a loaf on Tuesday.
