well you ain`t seen much then - butter is the french stile - esp. in "la Bretagne or La Normandie"... you use it with the the bread that comes with the seefood...In that photo, what does the cold butter complement? Never seen a cold seafood platter that used butter before.
I've tried very little fresh-not-frozen fish since I live in the middle of the U.S.A. I've only been to the east coast and the only fresh fish I had was salmon or shrimp. I do like unbreaded tuna, crab legs, lobster tail, and salmon. I've had other fish but most all of it has been breaded. I rarely have it to eat. I'm mostly a beef and chicken type of guy.I cant say I dont like it because I havent tried it.

Cum is my favorite protein! But love most fish.Seafood is my favorite protein. I eat it 3 or 4 times a week. Last night I had tempura shrimp. Tonight halibut is the main course.
