Love it!
Black licorice, especially the Australian variety is great.
Annisette and Sambuca are fun to drink once in a while.
I use fennel seed in certain dishes.

There was a famous bakery near where I lived as a kid...they made Annisette Cookies and the aroma took over the entire area...they were good..
