but the question should be ...........does my doctor like to see me?

he is amazing and I wouldn't trade him in for anything.

Yes. I heal well, thankfully. I have great health as well, again thankfully. But I have no issue testing and seeing what is up. To me people who beat cancer early or avoid a heart attack have preemptively looks for problems to solve. Cant really do that without lab work.

I don't "like" going to the doctor, no. But it's one of those things you must do to take proper care of yourself.

Myself included, I don't know anyone who "likes" to go to the doctor. It is a necessity in order to maintain good health. A once a year physical exam is almost a must to make sure all your blood work is good and it gives you great peace of mind to know you are healthy.

To be Honest ... my Dentist, and Periodontist, are both Cuter! ..| (group)

Butt, my Doctor, and Dermatologist, get to see a LOT more of Me! !oops! #-o :-<

Keep smilin'!! (*8*)
Chaz :luv:

Luckily, so far, I've mostly just enjoyed coming from the doctor.

Yes.

That's why I put it off for so long - I want it to feel like I'm a child that's just discovered the pure joy of his very first candy bar.

Or in this day and age, his first slice of bacon.

My doctor is always late, and takes forever to examine patients... so I have to wait in the waiting room for 24 centuries, and then I have to wait 12 centuries in the tiny, overly air conditioned examining room in my underwear. Simply getting a checkup takes up a good chunk of the day, and there's nothing I hate more than being kept waiting.
The actual exam goes along smoothly though, because I'm pretty healthy.

GP: I used to like it more when I got to strip down and sit around naked but now I have to put on a stupid paper hospital gown so it's much less enjoyable.
Dermatologist: Always comes up with solutions to my trivial problems and concerns. The guy used to be really handsome, but over the years he's taken to using so many fillers that--although he doesn't have line or wrinkle in his face and is pushing fifty--he's lost all definition and with it a lot of his appeal. Not the only MD or nurse I've seen go down this road.

I don't like to go to the doctor, but I don't hate it either. Although I would rather not go, I take it in stride. It's not toooo bad.

Hate it...doctor's surgeries are always too cold (ensures shrinkage) then the doctor is ugly as well (double shrinkage).

Not good.
Plus now that I'm here in America there is insurance hassles. Obamacare my ass!

No. The co-pays are too expensive.

I have a great dermatologist & nephrologist but my primary care doctor leaves something to be desired.

And all my health care professionals are female.

No, can't say that I enjoy it.

If only because I'm worried that one step in leads to the announcement of a need for blood tests, which I simply cannot abide.

Yep, i love going....means i get away from insane crazy bitches at work for a whiles !

He's a sweet, understanding older man, i'm very fond of him! :luv:

I especially like visiting my dentist twice a year because I have 3 cavities from childhood years but now I take great measure at preventative dentistry as I am petrified by the idea of losing any teeth the older I get.

I used to love the dentist, simply because they made pain go away. On the other hand, I've been to 2 different dentists in Philly and one of them was absolute crap and has given me an abcess that I haven't been able to get rid of completely for two and a half years or so now.

As for other doctors, it depends entirely on what I'm going in for, whether they're competent and whether they're take me seriously.

The doctor I use to have gave me a hard-on, he was so hot!!! The one I got now isn't the same, but I go anyway.
