generally speaking, you can't get sick from eating your own cum.....

now....if you have herpes or some other infection, you can spread the infection to your mouth or facial area by contaminating your skin or mucus membrane with the infected cum.... much like infecting another person.... but you already have the disease... just not on your face or in your mouth
