Do You Prefer Dogs Or Cats?

I come from a 'dog' family, so between the two I'd pick dog, but I personally prefer reptiles.

I have always lived with dogs (that is a total of two) apart from the few weeks between the first one dieing and adopting the second one.

I don't mind cats.

cats. they seem more independant.

also, there are many dog races that i find visually repulsive. i can only think of one cat race that i find truly repulsive.

There's just something to be said for stroking a hairy pussy!

CATS! I have three in my house. It is more convenient not to have any dog, since I do make overnight trips at work.

Dogs! They try to protect you when you're in danger. Cats run away immediately after they know there's danger. They're selfish.

Dogs are intelligent and loyal. When you try to train them, they understand your commands. And in their willingness to please you, they obey.

Cats, on the other hand, have the wisdom to realize that obedience to your commands will bring the expectation of greater obedience. Therefore the act like they have no understanding of what you want them to do. In this way they train you!

Would you rather have a pet wise enough to outsmart you, or loyal enough to hang on your every whim?

Wish there was a 'Both' option.

This was my dog Phillip. He was a maltise and so sweet. He passed away at age 14.
