My cat was born on July 23rd, so he's a Leo.

I consider myself to be a dog person type of guy - I grew up with dogs and always loved them, but circumstances have worked to prevent me from owning a dog throughout most of my adult life. My current apartment allows pets, and I considered a dog, but really wanted a big dog if I was going to have one. Instead, I ended up getting a cat last July who has become the big love of my life. (Unfortunately, I'm not yet eligible to post a link to a picture of him.)

i like both i really do, but voted for cats. They are just sooooo much easier to take care of. I'm gone a lot and my cat can be left for up to two weeks. automatic feeder, water, and litter box and man she is good to go. ...unless she pees on something while i'm gone.... yes that's happened.

I enjoy a good dog, but would rather own a cat......less work. Much less work. I once owned a cat with all the characteristics of a dog.....so said all my friends and neighbors. She died. No more.

I like both,have a cat at the moment , used to have a dog, a lot of gay guys I know have dogs such as poodles, they are fem guys though, i,m more masculine, although a bottom, so my type would be an afghan hound or similar, the advantage of a dog is if you take it for a walk in a park known to be popular with gays, they will come up and stroke the dog, and say something like lovely dog, then some small talk which can be an entree into flirtacious talk which can develop into sex!

Tough call. I'll go with dogs, I mean real dogs, not those little fashion accessory things like Paris Hilton carries around.

I am, however, pretty smitten with some kittens that live across the road but pop aroiund to visit every once in a while. They're adorable.

I tolerate them both equally, but I can't say I'm really into them...since they can be very affectionate as well as annoying.
