Depends on the movie/TV show. I've seen every single episode of Law & Order SVU, but I can spend most of a weekend afternoon watching a back to back marathon like they're new to me.

If I've seen movie or TV shows that I haven't seen in awhile I'll watch them again

If the film is VERY well-done, yes. The Shining, Taxi Driver, Pulp Fiction, The Exorcist, to name a few.

Don't care for TV shows.

I see alot of edits that could be in The Exorcist. The 30 second shot could be 10 seconds long, this/that conversation in the movie could have been shorter, and overall, cut out the beginning. It doesnt need to be there even if it explains the possession.

If it is a movie I've really enjoyed I'll watch it again, but I'm not a big television fan and I watch very little.

Yeah, I normally rewatch movies and shows I've already seen dozens of times before. That's why I'm always behind in watching shows and movies everyone is talking about b/c I like the safety and security in tuning into something I already know is entertaining. My biggest pet peeve is starting a show and it sucks and I've wasted my time. :(

Nothing worse than devoting two hours to watching a movie that ends up sucking.

I re-watch movies constantly. If they're good, they're even better the second time. You notice more, like nuances in the writing or acting. A great film is a work of art that can be timeless and worth revisiting.

TV shows not so much. I used to re-watch The Sopranos and Breaking Bad every few years or so, but they've finally gotten boring.

i do. i love felecity a lot. i really just watch it for the nostalgia :) it's fun reliving the drama :) and also seeing the beautiful footage of NYC :) and also, who doesn't love Keri Russel? :P

I'm mostly a one and done, but I will occasionally rewatch some of my favorite episodes

I often will re-watch an old TV show when it comes out on DVD - it is like revisiting and old friend.

There are some series I have watched multiple times in their entirety - sometimes I will just be in a mood and bing episode after episode because they are better than most of the new shows.

Yes, probably more than I watch ones I've not seen. Sometimes I'm looking through my DVDs to pick one and then I'm like "Nope, tonight I should take a chance on one I've not seen". It doesn't always work out. I've discovered some great new faves just by taking a chance, but often at most they're movies I could get through but probably wouldn't see again.

TV-wise:
I'm on my first rewatch of "Mad Men" and it's even better Round 2.
I've also rewatched "True Blood" and "The Walking Dead" (seasons 1-4 only) for TV shows. Will definitely sometime in the future rewatch them yet again.
I will probably rewatch "Rescue Me" at some point, but I don't know when and how often in the future I would. I think it's good, but I realize probably not as great as I once thought.
I will definitely rewatch "The Handmaid's Tale" at some point, probably once it's off the air.

I rarely rewatch, but I do read fan fiction of my favorite shows so I keep them in my mind that way.

Right now I am rewatching The Untamed, which has been enjoyable because I missed a lot of things the first time around. Its structure is unusual as a lot of the first thirty episodes are a long flashback that confuses most first-time viewers, myself included. It also has a huge cast that I found hard to keep track of at first, but now on my second viewing they feel like old friends rather than random strangers.

I use a site that shows new and old miovies and TV shows. A few month back I rewatched Star Trek Voyager, and some ploice shows. I use Go movien here in Europe and some parts of the states it cost 45 $ a yearand has new and old movies !
