Do you Sleep?

My body will only take about 5 hours. I get really pissed off with it and try to make it take more. But the harder I try the more it rebells. The worst thing to do is to fill it with alcohol because then it packs up too early like 11.00pm, has 5 hours then bang! 4.00 am and it wakes me up. 3 hours of arguing with it to fuck off back to sleep until it gives in 10 mins before the alarm goes off. :grrr:
 
Appropriate thread as I was thinking that I must try and reduce the amount of time I spend sleeping.

The problem is I finish work around 22hrs so by the time I have unwound, looked at JUB and done a few things it is nearly midnight. As I am up everyday at 06hrs that gives me 6 hours sleep.

But as I don't work, in theory, the afternoons I have found myself sleeping them away. Today was a 3hr nap, which gives me 9hrs sleep in all.

Now do I need to sleep in the afternoons to catch up on my sleep needs or is it just lethargy?
 
I find that I wake up earlier and earlier as the years go by...
Now I usually get up at 4:30 AM or 5:00 AM, and I don't need to be at work until 8:30 AM!! But I get a lot done in the Mornings.....I'm usually ready to attack one project or another.
On the other hand, I do find that I am going to bed earlier because of it, and sometimes do catch the odd "cat-nap" after getting home from work.
But when I sleep - I do sleep well....:-)
