Was wondering how many of you still have Cable as compared to Satellite or even like myself neither.

I just find there is enough stuff streaming on the net I don't even have a need for Netflix.

Or, are you really old school and use a video store?

Multiple choices allowed in poll.

I have sky, only for the sports.

I have cable because my road was already cabled and it gave the fastest broadband connection.
The extra TV channels are a bonus but not a necessity.
My cable provider also supplies me with telephone and mobile service at a discounted rate

I'm poor, I still have an antenna and cable conversion box.

I use to have, Direct TV, then went to Dish TV, and then went to ATT U Verse, got rid of it because it was costing me $203.00 a month., now I just have Antenna, and have Charter cable for internet only. no TV or Phone, I have a cell phone.

My family dumped cable a long time ago. Once you go satellite, you never go back.

I voted Cable, Internet, and Video Store, because I regularly watch all three.
Hell, I still use a VCR :)

Yes, but when I move I'll be back to not having it because I basically watch all of 10-12 channels.

I watch a fair number of movies on BluRay from Red Box, but that's mostly because as an employee at one of the stores with one, a friend living here gets one free every other day.

Then there's my computer.

I think the tube comes in last.

Here, we can count on about ten days every year with no picture, with satellite, and common interruptions five months out of the year.
I grew up with satellite TV since cable was never an option in my area. You really need to drop Dish, dude. They maybe cheap but they're a piece of shit.

Its rather a lazy name, Dish, why not discabletv.

I have cable, that I hardly ever watch. It's all fake reality T.V.,...I have been thinking of getting NetFlix tough.

What kind of reality tv?
Does it still air "Keeping up with the Kardashians"?
Keep it.

DirectTV has better service. No question. Don't know about what they're like in England, but here in the States Dish sucks so bad they've been trying to convince DirectTV to buy them.
