  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Do you suffer from RBF? You may be entitled to confrontation.

Memory lane. I was in grad school. Attended a work shop on creative writing. We all sat in a circle including the speaker. She introduced herself and started talking about... then all of a sudden she stopped and turned to me. She asked me if she did something wrong? What? She said I looked angry and just staring at her.

Apparently, I had RBF (resting bitch face).

Do you or have you in the past suffered from RBF?

I have the opposite of a RBF. I'm always smirking...well at least when I am around other people.

What's that?

From Google . . .
BDE is an acronym. We all pretty much know what it stands for … But, to spell it out BDE means big dick energy. It's typically used to refer to (mostly cisgender) men, although not always. It can also be used to describe a woman.

That can be dangerous too. If you're smiling all the time, it tends to make other people pissed off. "What's so funny?" they'll yell at you, wanting to start a fight.

That is so true. Once a customer was super pissed off at me. He ranted and yelled at me with personal insults. I Just kept doing my work with a smirk on my face. The next day he went to the General Manager and complained that I was making laughing at his situation by having a grin on my face the whole time. The Manager knew exactly what he was talking about and that was the end of the complaint matter.
