I agree with her in saying that she'll quit when she has children (which she has as far as I know). I think that's the right thing to do. You can put the blame on society but people are only going to be open minded to an extent.

Again, that won't change the problem: those who think that sex workers are dirty sluts or simply poor wrong people would continue feeling that your mom or dad is now the same slut she or he was in her or his youth.
That's why they call it stygma.

Personally, I think it CAN be, but on the other hand I honestly think it can be empowering. It's all in what you make of it. If you like what you do...and you're good at it, GREAT. More power to you. I don't think it's really for anyone to say what's degrading for someone else. Does that make any sense? Wake-n-bake's in full effect so....

I don't think porn is degrading at all unless it's something disturbing like scat fetishes or tricking straight guys into sex by luring them into cars and getting them to think a woman is sucking them off when it's really a man and filming the results.

Even if it is a set up I still think that's degrading and wrong.

I don't find porn in the least bit degrading, just over-rated.
