Do you use facebook? why and what for ?

I started using it several years ago and have lots of longtime JUBBERS friended. It's a nice way to keep in touch, so to speak. People from all over the world. It's fascinating, really.

We even have a private group for JUBBERS. Last count I think was 66 members.

Personal/local friends and I use the chat on it a lot on weekend evenings. We can watch favorite tv shows and talk about them.

I also use it to play some games. Cityville is the only one I'm playing currently. i know you can play it on Zynga.com now too but I need the neighbors that play it on Facebook.

I originally got it because I was into the whole myspace/friendster/blogging thing. I got addicted. Then there were all of these apps... then the apps improved. Now I log in for a second and that's it. Every once in awhile I get surprised that so-and-so is pregnant/married.
 
Just use it when Im bored just looking on it, at home or at work in my break lol. And because ill miss some things when I dont have it.

I have a FB account, but I never actively use it. I've got 0 friends on it....I did get a few friend recommendations, but they were no one I knew, and the people that I do know that use it I have no interest in connecting with. Basically I just use it to enter contests to win free stuff.
 
I pretty much use it to keep up with random people and make new friends. I just hate the spam that goes on "Like in 3 seconds if you remember this video game" and the game invites
